How Thee Office Pub & Cookery Fundraising Program Works:
-
- We appreciate your interest in having Thee Office Pub & Cookery involved in your fund-raising efforts. All requests for funding and in-kind gifts, such as gift certificates, must be submitted in writing on your organization’s letterhead. If the request is regarding a specific event, please remember to include the event information as well as a contact name and phone number. Your organization can reserve a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday at Thee Office Pub & Cookery on a designated week to receive 20% of sales generated by your supporters. An organization may only select one day every 3 months (Quarterly). Fundraisers will be scheduled based on availability.
-
- Once a date has been selected, you will e-mail a flyer announcing your event (.pdf format, 2 per page on 8-1/2×11 sheet) two to three weeks before the event for approval. It will be your responsibility to email and/or print the flyers to distribute to your supporters prior to the event. The more flyers that are distributed, the more successful your event will be. For larger organizations, at least 500 flyers are recommended. Flyers are not to be distributed in the restaurant on event day.
- All flyers will have detachable tickets which must be turned in to servers at the restaurant on the designated day for lunch, dinner, or carryout. Tickets cannot be used for purchasing gift cards. Servers will attach the flyer ticket to the guest check and the organization will receive 20% of all food and beverage sales that have flyer tickets attached to guest checks on the reserved day. It is recommended that you provide your organization’s logo or artwork to be incorporated into the flyer. Thee Office Pub & Cookery is proud to support our community. When evaluating partners, ideal organizations are those that strengthen families, promote a safe, nurturing environment for children and youth, and emphasize student academic achievement.
Thee Office Pub & Cookery donations are NOT intended to be used by individuals or groups collecting personal or corporate profit, or causes that are in contrast to our family based values.
