Not only do we strive to take care of our customers, we also strive to take care of our planet.   That ole’ motto “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” makes sense to us.  Why should those plastic containers which house the ingredients that make up our addictive “Pub Ranch” be sent to be buried in a landfill when they could be recycled?  Why should those last bits of food that you just couldn’t finish (because you filled up on our signature Gumbo or deep-fried Pickle Chips before dinner) go in the trash when they could be collected and sent to a farm to be turned into soil? We asked ourselves these questions and the answers were clear, which is why Thee Office Pub & Cookery now recycles and composts.  We hardly even know what waste is anymore.
